The Averon Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast offers b&b accommodation and excellent facilities and is a historic listed building built in 1750 and to the rear of the house is a beautiful gaden well stocked with herbs and fruit trees. The garden also dates back to 1750 and as such is one of the oldest gardens of its type in the city. The house itself is good example of a Georgian town house villa of which there are many examples throughout Scotland and northern England. The house is fully restored but still retains its original character and style.
To the rear of the Averon Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast has a car park and you can leave your car here for the duration of your stay. When the house was built it was located on open countryside outwith the old city of Edinburgh which was the the old town surrounded by the ancient city wall and close to Edinburgh Castle.
The Edinburgh Averon Bed and Breakfast is close to the Kings theatre and only a short five minute walk to the Usher Hall which is a popular venue for symphony orchestras particularly the events of the Edinburgh International Festival. We are located about five miles from Edinburgh Airport where you can reach the city from all over the world with daily flights from New York and various Canadian Cities.
