Each year during the month of August the population of Edinburgh doubles with visitors throughout the globe flocking to the Capital's world famous International Arts Festival and Fringe. Factotum accommodates thousands of visitors every year. Most of the our Festival landlords are private home owners who let out their property while they are on holiday or staying with friends. Also some are private landlords who might let to students during the rest of the year or who allow their tenants to sublet for the Festival period when they are away. Landlords register their properties with us from May onwards so there is more accommodation available to choose from come June/July. We also have a growing number of serviced flats to let. We have a wide selection of properties to suit all sorts of tastes and with varying budgets. Tenants include Festival performers and organisers, tourists, media stars and even landlords who are renting out a larger property. Factotum offers flexible period lets.
